OK, Which Power Supply--Can't Wait any Longer for Anand's Roundup

Well here's my two cents worth. I've bought 3 Antec 1040B Server cases with their PP-412X Power supply in them. Each PC has an AthlonXP 1900+, One has a Soyo Dragon PLus, the other 2 have Epox 8KHA+, 1.5GB ram, SB Audigy, GF3 Ti500, 3COM NIC with the exception of one of them has an 1800+ in it.

Well, the first one I built with the 1800+ worked just great until lately. For some reason it'll just cut power and reboot for no reason. In fact one time I almost couldn't get it to come back on. All of my cards were in firmly and I hadn't changed anything in it.

The other 2 with the AthlonXP 1900+'s in them would work fine with a Matrox G200 AGP card in them. No other cards would work at all though. After pleading for help on a few forums, someone at Tom's Hardware recommended I try a diff power supply. I pulled a Sparkle 300W out of my old Pentium3 case and gave it a shot. Suddenly all of the vid cards would work just fine! I got a replacement Antec PS from my hardware vendor and sure enough my other vid cards worked in one of the computers. This is on my work computer BTW. Well I came in after this weekend and guess what....no video again. I tried reseating the cards and nothing. I then pulled out the MAtrox G200 and sure enough....it works and it's the only one working again. *SIGH*. I hadn't done much work with the other Antec case I'd been working on so I tested it and sure enough it didn't work right either, only my old GF 1 card would work besides the Matrox G200.

Now I'm about to just order 3 new power supplies that AREN'T Antec.

I'm fairly confident that they must be the problem. Each machine I've built has all new components, and one of them even has a completely diff mobo that still shows the same symptoms. I had always thought that Antec was the best and maybe I've just gotten a bad batch, but now I'm going with Sparkle or Enermax or something diff. It could also just be this particular model number...who knows. I've NEVER had this many problems getting a computer to work right.
