If he hasn't ever acted on it, then I suppose calling it "virtuous" isn't inaccurate. However, given that the one girl accused him about it, then he came out as a pedophile, I'm very skeptical about him not ever acting on it. I suspect he has acted upon it and his coming out/starting his group is a way for him to appear innocent of that accusation and any others that may be made in the future. He also made a big deal about never penetrating, which seems suspicious as well, especially since the accusation doesn't seem to indicate penetration in the first place.
 
Man, just read the story! The guy is in no way "virtuous" and just trying to justify his pedophilia. It looks like he's spent his entire life finding ways to have access to little girls, but claims nothing has ever happened despite at least one victim claiming he "put his penis inside her."

The world does not need this guy running around in it.
 
The only way virtuous and pedophile should be in a sentence should be as follows:

"The virtuous man beat the fuck out of the pedophile."
