I read the FAQ briefly at the top. I used to do the united devices when they did cancer, but when they switched to smallpox (FAD), I didn't care for it anymore. I just got a 2500+ cpu going, which I'll have at ~3200+ shortly, and I hate for any of that power to go to waste. I really am very partial to time spent on cancer treatments. I see that some are doing it, but I've no way to tell which ones are making the best use of it and which ones are just jumping on the distributed bandwagon and not really even likely to do much with the returned data.

I would say to run SETI, since our team is trying to beat BBR currently.

However, since you want to run cancer, just go into your united devices profile and tell it you only want to run on cancer work units.

Pick the two you like and do one on each pc. You will be welcome no matter which project you pick.

Oh, you can see in my sig which suggestion I am partial to. But once seti1 is over I will be converting some of my pc's to other projects.

Seti over? Did you guys (ie, all distributors) clear the back log of data that they had...? I don't imagine you found any aliens yet 😉

I will be selling my celeron 1000, so it won't be able to run anything!

Join SETI!! The TeAm needs all the help it can get to beat BBR in the next two or so months before it ends!!

Where is everyone planning on moving when it does end?

With SETI ending, I'll say do SETI...but when it's done, I'll suggest DPAD! It's fun and the TA DPAD TeAm is great!!!

Personaly I?d say D2OL . The TeAm has the #1 spot but the DPC, (I hate cows) added a lot of new members and will take # 1 away from us in about 6 weeks. We need help now to keep the DPC at bay. (not to mention ruining a cows day is so much fun).
