OK where to get Samsung 955DF or 900IFT ???

K buys i have narrowed my monitor search to the following two items...

Samsung SyncMaster 955DF $348.95 - $30(mail in rebate)

OR

Samsung SyncMaster 900IFT 409.23 (is there a rebate on this too, anyone know??)

I really want the IFT model but the 955DF looks like a close second and i will probably get both at Onvia.com since they offer free shipping(monitors are included, right?)

Anyone got any links to some money off coupon from Samsung or Onvia????
i would really like to get the 900IFT model if i can get it to my door under 400bux

Help me out guys

Thanks
Rob

Hey,
the only coupon I know for onvia is the $50 seattle chamber of commerce, but you're not in seattle so maybe you shouldn't use it but look around it still exsits, I think.

I can't help you much on where to get them... got mine
at BestBuy, but they don't have them anymore.

But I'll put in a STRONG recommendation for the 900IFT.

I've had one for 9 months now, and it STILL makes me drool
every time I sit down in front of it. Everything is so incredibly
crisp it's amazing.

I haven't seen a 955 to compare... but I can tell you, if you
get a 900IFT, you WON'T be disappointed...

You can get it at buy.com for $405, before shipping and a -$30 coupon (which essentally negates shipping).

I have decided on the 900IFT too adn am hanging out another week or so to see if Samsung does a rebate on it in Nov.

Wow, I'm suprised shipping is only $36.35. The 900IFT would come about $1.50 cheaper than buy.com so in this case, you won't need Onvia to get a monitor though you could get it from either buy.com or Onvia.

edit: Hmph.. the KDS AV-195TF is up to $465 at Onvia?? Couple months back it was only $399!

I've had a 900IFT for a few months now, while it's a very good monitor, I have yet to recive the $30.00 rebate, the form was sent 8/3/00. The moral here is don't base a buying decision on a rebate you might never get.
