Ok, what should I use to save/convert my hi-8 Videos?

Just bought a Hi-8 video camera for my Girl friend and was wondering what method I can use to save the tapped Hi-8 video to. Last thing she needs is a bunch of Hi-8 tapes to buy and have laying around.
