OK, what happened to the Hercules website?

I've been trying to get on the Hercules website for the past three days straight, and it's no go. I really need to get the latest drivers for my Game Theater XP. Did they go out of business and not tell anyone? I tried going to the Guillemot website to see if they had any mention of it, but nothing is there. What's going on?
