That would cause 95% of websites to quickly go to 'Server Not Found', its nearly instantaneous on the sites that don't work.

Brighthouse - RoadRunner

Started slowing down about an hour ago to a crawl.

Rebooted the modem/router, now some sites (AT, FW) load fast as hell, but nearly every other site I try is 'Server Not Found', other oddities, I can get to eBay, but most of the content dosent load as its located at ebayobjects.com

What tanked?

It was the Cisco 2800 series router with the T1 interface that tanked when the backhoe hit the optic cable underground down the street from you.

Somebody probably FUBAR'd a routing table or something. RR is doing maintenance here, so my internet's been a little flaky too.
