Hi All,

I've got an Abit BH6 motherboard that has the newest bios flash and I can set it up in the softmenu bios at 10x100fsb by using user settings and it will boot and run my PIII 1ghz slot 1 100fsb cpu.

Question is....am I going to cause any problems for my motherboard or my cpu by doing this? The softmenu choices will go up to 850mhz at 100fsb.

If I remember right the user settings allow up to a 12x100fsb setting.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Ask oldfart. He is experience w/ this board.

Basically, the BH6 support any Cele,P2 & P3 running at 100 FSB. Those in 370 socket form, u will need a FCPGA slocket. The new tualatin is not support thou.
