OK to refer to an Excel spreadsheet as a "report"?

I guess it depends on what is in the spreadsheet.

If it contains, say a report from another database, then maybe.. but just always blanket calling it a report seems a bit of a misnomer.

Some people I work with call everything a "download"

Depends on if it's actually a report with words, descriptions, headings, etc., or if it's strictly just a spreadsheet.
