Ok to mix DDR2 667 PC 5300 with 800 PC 6400?

Hey everyone - I have a question for you.

Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 ver. 2.0

Right now I have 2 gb (2x1gb) of Patriot DDR2 667 PC 5300 Here

I would like to bump up my memory to 4gb and am thinking of getting 2 gb (2x1gb) of G.Skill DDR2 800 PC 6400 Here

Is it going to be a problem putting PC 5300 and PC 6400 ram in my system?

shouldn't be a problem, most likely the faster ram will slow down to the speed of the slower ram (if everything else is at stock) otherwise you might have to do some tweaking and testing if your cpu is oc'ed.
