ok to install 2k agp drivers on xp rig?

I have an MSI K7Master 6341 - its the AMD761 chipset with AMD northbridge and VIA southbridge.

I'm pretty positive that my instability problems are caused by my agp driver but the latest one on MSI's website is an updated win2k one...

since xp is so similar to 2k is it ok if i use it ?? it is imperative that i update this driver as my rig is absolutely unusable...

comments? suggestions? links?

ok well a major update here.... found new amd chipset drivers over on their site... FOR WINDOWS XP!!!

will get them via my lan (already downloaded here) and pray that my comp can stay on long enough to get and install them. this should fix my problems. and just to be sure i got omega's latest drivers because they're supposed to solve stability problems...

ok well ill post back with any breakthroughs!

Just install the latest AMD AGP 5.33 driver for 2k & XP from here .
