I just moved my tower above my monitor on an upper shelf of my computer desk, and I have all the cords goin up the wall behind my monitor. Is there a problem with bundling all the wires together? Will this cause any cross-talk or degradation of signals? The cords in question are: monitor to vid card, CAT 5 cable, power cord, mouse and keyboard USB combo cord(MX Duo), speaker to sound card wires, and 2 serial/com port wires.
A friend told me to keep the CAT 5 and and the power cord apart.
Any thoughts?
