Not really. They are in short supply and I doubt too many companies even make them, if any at all.

That price is indeed rediculous. What probably has happened is that someone has neglected updating the price of that item. It happens on a lot of websites, including Newegg, every now and then. For that price, you could almost get a gig of generic PC2700 or PC3200 RAM.

Exactly, look at what the prices were for EDO RAM when SDRAM was the dominant memory.

yeah jus coz its old n slow doesnt mean it should cost less......it probs cost the manufactures a fair bit jus to keep it in production

Check out PC100 SDRAM on crucial.com, pretty much the same price, in fact PC100 is more expensive that PC133.

nothing new, pc100/133 is much more expensive than DDR cuz of short supply
