I have some screenshots that were pasted into lotus notes, and emailed to me. I cannot for the life of me copy these over to Word. I get a black and white copy for some reason, or a text copy of the whole email. Attachments menu does nothing helpful. I resort to taking screenshots, pasting into paint, and cropping. any easier way to do this? My helpdesk guy was no help, he just screenshots, pastes into paint... This is ridiculous, after all my years in tech I can't figure this out lol!

You have my sympathy - but unfortunately that's all I can offer. I've never figured that out either. Best bet is for the sender to attach the images instead of cutting & pasting.
