OK, the best QUIET case is?

What is the most QUIET case out there? I have already purchased a quiet HSF, PSU, and intake/exhaust fan. However, there is still just the sound of air flowing. Especially from things I can't quiet like my radeon fan and motherboard fan.

Sadly, most computer cases are made of fairly flimsy sheet metal about 1mm thick, and are designed primarily to support a variety of internal components and keep in radio interference, rather than provide any noise reduction. They can even add to the overall noise, since many of the panels have large unsupported areas that can (and do) vibrate in sympathy with the cooling fans and hard drives.

I know many people have posted questions asking what a quiet case is, but there has never been a definitive answer. I don't care about cooling. I do not care if it comes with PSU. But I do care about what the quietest case is. I'm talking about quiet cases, cases with a plastic siding and all that, cases better than just 1mm of flimsy sheet metal.

I would prefer a mid-tower case no higher than 19 inches. I would also prefer a case less than $120 dollars in price, one that's also not water cooled.

I would prefer to buy a good case rather than sound-proof my own. So does anyone know, what is the quietest case?

I recently stuck my computer into a older tower case, the cover is one of the full ones not the panels like newer cases :(

On the positive site, it is also built really well (though way to heavy). The cover weights more than my old midi case! Keeps the noice down really well, however I don't think I'm going to take it to any gaming nights :(

Have a look at some of the new Aluminium cases (ie Lian Li) or a case with thick sheeting. The other option is to go with some of the plastic casinges (like Dell machines), keeps to weight down and is fairly noise proof.
