Just noticed that its coming time when my bills are due, so i log into BOA and notice i didnt have any pending ebills.

Well thats nice, because when i log into AMEX, i see that one is due tommorow and my BOA is due on wed. Didn't get ebills for either of them, nice. 🙂

I noticed Bank of America Homelink was down as well. Perhaps there is a connection?

Bank of America sucks! Find youself a local, a truly local bank or Credit Union. You will be much happier

It is not Bank Of "America" anymore, last year they closed down all of it's Technical Center and sent jobs to India. It is actually Bank Of "India", we get what we deserve.

Better than not getting paid, like me. We're switching from one payroll company to another as of this last pay period, so they sent out live checks for everyone since they haven't activated direct deposit for any of them yet. They Fedexed the checks to us, but they got delayed at departure AND arrival, so no one in my company got paid on payday.
Sucks for me, because I was going to be leaving for a funeral today, but now I have to go in tomorrow morning to get and cash my check, then leave for the funeral.

my local banks suck; i switched from one to BOA
no problems with them so far

I don't know -- I'm pretty happy with Bank of America. I have their Advantage account, giving me a free safe deposit box, free unlimited checks, a credit card with a $6,500 limit, an interest-bearing checking account without a monthly fee...

join the credit union movement!

local banks can't compete with credit union rates anymore...that's why you find many credit unions grow over the billion dolloar mark while many local banks struggle to break $100 million.

If you don't like BOA, which is a major bank, I would switch to a large credit union. You'd get much better service and better rates for your checking account.

🙂

I'm leaving BOA pretty soon because 1) I get about $10 in hidden bank fees every month on my 'free' checking account and 2) They're charging me $10/month just to allow Quicken to download statements
