Ok, Stupid Viewsonic VX2025wm dead DVI problem number 234321...

im a gamer...thats pretty much my main use of my monitor. I want one at LEAST 20.1" but i think anything over that might show input lag because of the overdrive features or what have you. Anyway, i WAS pretty happy with the monitor until it crapped out on me and now im using my roomates spare LCD to write this post. $400 max price cap, or should i just RMA this junk and hope it doesnt happen again.

It happened to me with mine. Sometimes it only does it periodically though so keep messing with it and you might get a lucky boot.

Also, the VGA port should still work for ya if you want to game or browse the net without using your friends monitor.

I replaced mine for another once it happened to me though and had not one issue with the replacement. I don't know if it was luck or not. IMO, the Dell 2007WFP is better, and I've had a good look at both of them and then some.
