A guy/gal posted a reply to my post in this thread. If you wanna check the context it is in, my post is about number 65, their reply is a few after mine.

PM'd the person, they haven't replied.
Googled it, still can't figure it out.

Just a man in search of an answer...

i'm going to go ahead and guess (didn't read the thread) that it is from ferris bueller's day off, which is a comedy.

It's in reference to the teach on Ferris Buellers Day off. Good flick, btw.
Ben Stein, seen lately on the Comedy Channel's "Win Ben Stein's Money" (though I watched it more for Nancy Pimental ;) )

Simone:
My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

the teacher in ferris bueller (played by ben stein) was doing role call. "bueller? bueller? bueller?" no answer. in context, it would mean "helllllooooo?" / "anyone listening?"

It wouldnt even be funny except for Ben Stein's completely deadpan delivery.

Everyone had one of those teachers in high school.

You could see her boobies in that movie with Jean Claude Van Damne (sp?). The one with the time machine stuff.
