ok, so i've got a bluetooth dongle. now what software do i use to connect to my damn phone?

?!?!!?!? i'm at a loss here guys. i thought that since it was a USB device windows would configure it automatically, but i guess not. it's a generic dongle that i bought off a friend. he had nothing but the dongle - no drivers, no software installation, nada.
