Ok, so i want to add an onMouseOver event w/ javascript to my page

Here is the page

now i want to add the java script to the text in the blue nav bar. when mouseover, i want an image to display that goes on top of the rest of the page (i know how to do the on top of part). but how would i get it so that when it mouseover's it displays the rollover image (albeit only, text w/ its own background, all positioned by CSS?)

Oddly enough. this was an asssignmet i just got. Make a rollover toolbar. the example should help you out a little bit.

hey, my last programming topic in here wasnt moved, so i figured i could post another one too.
