Ok, so I pulled the carb off my truck... now what?

I know it's not working properly, but I really don't know how to fix it. Someone needs to come over and show me how this thing works...

Either that or I'll take it to the auto parts store and see how much a new one costs.

Sorry.. I know how to rebuild Holley 4bbl carbs, but not that thing. Given a proper rebuild kit and some time, it's probably not difficult, but there may be pitfalls. Good luck!

Some carb rebuilds are a pain in the butt. You kind of need experience in doing it to do it properly (usually). I don't know about now, but carbs used to be really, really expensive.

Good luck with it.

you should find out if it's a decent quality carb and whether it's worthy enough to rebuild it. If not, buy a new one.

If you do decide to rebuild it yourself remember when you take the jets out how much you turned them. Might want to look in a book to see how much to set them after a rebuild and then you can go from there with your adjustments.
