I have to evaluate my position and the guys I worked with. I also need to evaluate myself on the same form that my boss and mentor use to evaluate me. That's insane, ugh, how the hell am I supposed to do that?

They want to know what you think. I hate this crap because you never know if they are looking for an honest answer or if they just want to know if they managed to brainwash you.

Sh!t like this drives me up the wall.

I'm just glad they didn't ask me what kind of fruit I am for my interview. They did that the last time around to my friend I worked with.

Stupid crap.
