Well I took the plunge and somewhere in the UPS pipeline is my Dell Axim X51 416mhz is on the way.

Are there any good third party apps, add-ons, hardware that I should be aware of? I would LOVE to find and affordable GPS solution. THe one on Dells' site is like 160 bucks.

I would also like to know how to get movies on there and the what not. It has both the CF Type II slot and the SD slot. Do you know if they can be both used at the same time? I'm definetly going to get a large capacity card. Any suggestions there?

Return it right away. Get a PDA/Phone period dont lug 2 things with you unless you jsut want it b/c its cool youll get board of it and want to return it like some of my friends. Or if you relly need it. use it you have to put movies on through active sync or with mediaplayer.
