Ok so I f'ed up a buzz cut

Ok so I was sick of paying money for buzz cuts so I ATTEMPTED to do it myself. ATTEMPTED is the keyword there. I have failed horribly. The 1/8" plastic thing fell off (thus I used the bare cutters) and now I am george castandya bald on my left side of my head. I also have no clue what to do with the back of my head as I now have a mullet-like thing going on back there. What should I do? Lance Armstrong it out? Wear a hat the rest of the week? DAMNIT WTF.

HE was supposed to do it but he was like "yeah man after I finish lifting", we then went to the bars and didnt get back till 3am. Today I was like this hair hat got to go, I am going to try it myself.

sorry dont mean to laugh, a buzz is just the easiest haircut to do (assuming you have the guard on correctly)

I'd say shave the rest off.

just shave it bald. it will grow in differently than before though its always weird.

Just shave it all off. I do it every summer... feels great. Course, not everyone looks good bald... especially if you have a wierd shaped head. But, given your story, that might be your only choice.

You gave yourself a number "0" cut. The plastic thingie is called the guard and goes up thru inches which i think you said .. (1 inch.. 2inch.. 3 inch) Bascially, yours wasn't snapped on correctly and well the metal part (0) touched your hair. Even it out with a "0" no guard all over or hit up a salon and have soemone make something good.

Haha, that really sucks. I've been cutting my own hair lately and it comes out ok. It's not perfect but once it grows in a little bit you can't tell. Never did anything like you did though.
