Computer magazines are full of it. First of all, they're working about a month behind the times, so all their reviews are outdated. Second (and this goes for all computer magazines) they refuse to give the P4 the panning it deserves, and barely, if ever, grudgingly admit that AMD wins almost all benchmarks hands down (all, if we're talking X2) with less heat for cheaper. I seriously doubt if they even have fact-checkers. If I see one more "ultimate system" whose specs list an AMD processor with DDR2 ram, I'm going to scream.
