OK.. Seriously.. Why does Everyone Hate on Nik?

See Subject. I've been around a while, and I know I don't post often.. I can see that Nik does post some rude crap.. But why does everyone always instantly hate on him? I mean, some of you give him a verbal thrashing just because you see his name...

Overall, I give him a score of 4 out of a scale from 1 (bad) to 14 (good). He is rude, obnoxious, and most of his threads seem to get locked or moved to the proper forum. Then he complains constantly if he suspects someone else's thread deserves to be locked or in another forum.

I dont hate him. At times his wrong forum postings can get annoying but he's posted a lot of worthwhile responses as well. We might not see eye to eye all the time, but he's not bad.

I've met Nik in real life. He's a nice guy. Online, he occasionally tends to be a bit rude and objectionable. Ah well. We actually talked briefly on this, how people tend to show a different side of their personality online that they almost never show in real life.
