Oh good lord, this is the last thread I needed to read this morning.
When I do shoulder exercises, I get intense pain in my right shoulder. If I rotate it around in normal motion I can feel/hear a grinding noise. I've basicly hit a wall in my lifiting because I can't do more than 10 reps with the amount of weight I use without getting intense pain after the second set. I called up an orthopedic doctor and made an appointment, hopefully he just tells me to do the rubber band thing. I can't afford two months with my right arm in a sling.
