OK Radeon 8500le is fixed Now do I get a ti4200?

I want to get rid of my Radeon 8500le 64mb (hercules)
I can get a PNY 64mb geforece 4 ti4200 for about 90 dollars
Am I going to see a noticeable performance increase going to this card?

the 4200 WILL be faster, but there will not be a night and day differance, save your money in otherwords.
