An two electric trains leave their respective stations at 2:50 pm, the first traveling south af 50mph with a wind direction southeast at 12mph, the other travels in a notherly direction with the wind northeast at 16mph, where do the smoke plumes meet?

Nowhere, they're electric trains. Unless it's Amtrak, in which case smoke is normal. 😛

To make it more believable you should say that the respective stations are north and south of each other. 😉
 
Damn. Well I'd say they were Amtrack trains, but honestly, I don't think they'd ever make it to meet. 😛
