Ok, Ok, 49ers suck badly, so who are we going to take #1 in the draft?

Where are you at loyal 49ers fans?

We need a completely new team, but can only get one player. I say lets give Rattay one more try next season with (drum roll)....Mike Williams😀. The O-line does sucks really badly but hopefully Rattay can make the proper adjustments. (praying)

Or we could go with Mat Leinhart.🙂

Matt Leinart, QB, USC

f*ck Rattay! fire Erickson!

The only one worth a damn on offense is Eric Johnson. That O-Line gave up 9 sacks today. the receivers are no threat at all. Barlow is a huge disappointment and Hicks fumbles half the time. The defense has way too many injuries. I do agree they need help everywhere, but at least give us SOMETHING to look forward to next season with the #1 draft pick and #1 qb in the country.

Yea Erickson needs to go. (unless he can find a way to win the last game against the Patriots😀)

Well, look at San Diego. I'm a Chargers fan and am pissed about the QB situation there. Draft a QB (Brees). Give him no O-line, no receivers, and expect what, exactly? Granted, LT is a hell of a running back, but there was no reason to expect a new QB (Rivers)to come in and work miracles.

So now they will more than likely lose Brees to free agency and hand the reins over to an unknown quantity. Rivers might be a future Hall of Fame QB, or another first round bust. Who knows. Brees had a hell of a career at Purdue, was thrown into the fire and is just now coming into a situation where has some weapons to utilize and the experience to actually be able to utilize those weapons.

I'm still pissed they didn't draft Gallery, who went to a division rival at that (Raiders). A tackle to anchor the ground game and protect the QB.

Also, I just saw that basically Erickson is not held accountable for this year, he was promised that he would be around to reap the rewards of the salary cap gutting and revamping.

The damned Yorks have to sell the team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rattey is good when he has time to throw
Barlow has been a real dissappointment but the O-line has been banged up all year so not all his fault
our D has been hurt all year

i think the Niners will trade down for more picks
get some O-line help, maybe another cover corner, and a pass rusher

I hear rumors that the raiders will chase after brees, of course chargers wouldn't want brees going to a division rival.

Niners will trade down for more picks with current ownership being so damn cheap. *Sigh* if only york would sell to Ellison. I wouldn't shed a tear if erickson was jettisoned though he isn't entirely to blame for the woeful niners. The front office should have hired mora.

I think we're all nearly in agreement, get rid of Erickson. The guy could coach college, but he's pretty much sucked in the NFL. I long for the days of 49er dominance. It will return, but not as long as the current owners and people in charge are around.

Meaning niners are going to suck for a long, long, long time. The yorks made a profit of 20 million last year on an absolute crap team. Now that a new TV contract has been signed that number sure to go up. They have stated in the past they have no interest in selling the team and would like to give it to their children. Who would be stupid enough to sell a 20 million a year cash machine. Long dark days ahead.

Agreed, I think the Chargers really F'd up on that deal. Brees has made that team a playoff contender when nobody thought they would win more than 1 or 2 games at the start of the season.

Too bad the Bills couldn't pick him up for next year.

You mean monster stadium.

I'm a huge niners fan but know that they aren't gonna be in great shape for another couple of years - with salary cap issues and everything. The owner really needs to go..he's part of the problem in that he won't spend any money on the team and imo doesn't give a rat's a$$ if the niners win or lose. Erickson really needs to go...that guy can't buy a win, and frankly, I am still confused as to why they let Mariucci go. That was a horrible decision. A new coach, a new owner, and a new stadium would really help the situation - but we can always dream, can't we? 🙂

The Yorks are taking a slumlord's approach to running the 49ers.

Fans really should send ownership a message and stop buying tickets to the 49ers games. There's no reason for fans to pay good money on tickets and exhorbitant parking fees to see an organization that has no ambition of winning consistently.

I don't think they fvcked up that bad. They do have 2 first round draft picks next year and a 3rd? rounder too.

Anyways, the 49ers problems start and end with their lines. O-line is garbage, which makes offense near impossible. D-line is garbage, which makes it tough to cover for the corners (although injuries this year are a bigger factor here).

York loves the cok
