Maybe if they were Iraqi but it looks like they were Kuwaiti, and for whatever messed up reason, tried to play target practice with our troops.

Then again it could have been a paid Iraqi operative posing as a Kuwaiti...I think we need to investigate all possible angles :D

In that case, we need to activate some Delta guys to wax the sniper that's been running around the northeast. He could very well be an Iraqi operative. ;)

In the states, if someone goes into your home without prior permission and is there to rob/harm you, you can shoot and kill him legally. So now, how is this THAT much different?



I recognize that it's a lot different, but don't be surprised when you're on someone else's soil and you get shot at, especially if you're armed and there to make war.

works for me...local law enforcement isn't having much luck, bring in the big boys...

I would more think of it as inviting a policeman into your house because someone keeps breaking in, then opening fire on the police officer...
