I am looking to get a new cpu heatsink and fan combo (possibly), recently my fan on this cheap coolermaster died and I went up to radio shack and picked up a 60mm fan (a lot taller than the coolermaster fan) and it is a 3800 rpm fan and moves 28cfm air (I think I cant find the package). I have my system stowed away in an entertainment center that is hooked to my TV at all times. It is a AMD 1ghz(10x100) running at 1.3ghz(13x100) with no voltage adjustmens, and everything runs stable.

The other cooling in the case is a case fan in bottom front blowing in, drive bay cooling fan blowing in and across tword the back, a case fan in back around by the cpu blowing out, a slot cooler next to my video card blowing out and of course the p/s fan blowing out. CPU temp is usually around 45-48 degrees idle and I have never seen it above 53degrees max (using MBM and room temp really varies from 70-76 lol).

Should I just get a good heatsink and keep the fan I have now? Or get a good hsf combo, and if so what can you suggest and where can I find one cheap lol. I hate buying a 25-35 dollar item and paying 15 bucks to ship ups ground.

Sounds like you have got good airflow throughout the case. As far as
the heatsink/fan is concerned, Coolermaster and Radio Shack= junk:)
I would go to new egg.com and get a Globalwin WBK-38 which has
a loud(very powerful) Delta fan but is the best cooler for under $20
in my opinion.

Or go for the SK6. It's the best non-swiftech 800 lb heatsink out there. I bought one... have it paired to a 80-60MM fan adapter and a Panaflo high speed 40 CFM/32DBA fan. Helluva lot quieter than the 30CFM/45DBA delta screamer.

I have an SK6 and it is no doubt the best cooler I have used to date, but
it`s gonna cost you atleast $40 shipped. If you want to get good cooling for
cheap, the WBK is the best at $23 shipped fed-ex from newegg.com.
(No I`m not working for Newegg, just trying to pass the savings)
