Ok long story my friend....broke a few pins on his cpu

Center conductor off an rg-59 coax often is the right size. I've used it for pin repairs in past...but try it first. Might still work..
And a mechanical pencil is tool of choice to carefully straighten bent pins. Insert into lead cavity and gently straighten.
 
The problem is that when you try to solder the pins back on, or back together...it takes a steady hand and extreme precision. The iron will most likely heat up the chip too much by the time you reach perfection and it will result in a fubared processor.

If you have a local electronics shop, take a 6 pack of beer with you and ask someone there to attempt to put it back together. The real problem is that when you put the repaired cpu back in the socket, the socket itself will most-likely rip the pins back off when you clamp it into place.
