Hell, I'm just past the border of becoming an adult. I personally think "most" kids now (even people my age) have no respect for anyone anymore... not their elders, not their coworkers/students, not even themselves. They go through life like it's a joke. I just personally can't stand being grouped with these people as they have given my generation such a shitty name...

btw, for anyone who wants to know. I grew up a Military Brat moving every 2 years. I have seen and lived in many different regions of the country and in Europe when I was younger. I think I've gotten a pretty good idea of what the country is like on a whole.

I'll be the first to admit, I could be wrong and these are all my opinions. They should be treated as such.

back in the day I belly-crawled 20 miles to school through a land-mine field naked, dodging machine gun fire from the Viet Cong, and uphill both ways

his parents couldnt afford a backpack so they put straps on the refrigarator and filled it with wheat so he could make lunch at school using a piece of tin foil and plutonium

at least he had plutonium...
