ok lawnmower pro's need advice

ok went looking for a used mower. found a 4-5yr old Wheel Horse 16-38 HXL with twin bagger and mulch kit for $700

is it a good deal?

Those bagger kits cost a small fortune... I'm amazed at what they get for them. Even at a particular auction where stuff goes dirt cheap, one of those baggers was one of the most highly bid on items. I don't know why - they're mostly plastic.

Anyways, that's not too bad of a deal. I've seen better though.
