OK, I've sort of made my mind up. How is this water cooling setup?

I'm a newbie in water cooling and I've done a lot of reading in the past days. After having finally understood the purpuse of all the components I've come up with the following setup:

Danner Supreme Mag Drive 250 - 1/2" ID
Jagged Edge Copper WaterBlock
AquaCoil Radiator - 3/8" ID
Socketed CPU Clip
Plastic Container
Tubing
Silent 120mm Fan

So what do you think? Is there anything that I've missed, like incompatibilities between the components? The only one I'm aware of is that the pump uses 1/2" ID tubing whereas everything else uses 3/8" ID, but that can be fixed with adjusters from DIY stores right?

I know the MAG drive is an inline pump, therefor a reservoir is not necessary. However I've read that people use reservoirs with inline pumps anyway, why is that?

I'm not only doing this for the better cooling, I'm mostly doing it because I'm tired of having a PC that sounds like a houver. So noise in important. How loud is the MAG? Are any other pumps that are noticibly quiter?

Would you change anything? If so what and why?

Thanx in advance.

Check out Procooling's articles concerning danner pumps...if you haven't already =) I'm learning a lot these days about water cooling, and that site as well as overclockers.com's watercooling section really helped. Another good resource is Hardocp.com's forum. Your setup looks good, i'd rather get Dangerden's Maze2 waterblock instead.
