Ok, I've read that all NF2 mobos have an AGP/PCI lock but

I can't seem to find a setting for it in the BIOS of my Shuttle AN35N-Ultra. Is it just something that you assume it has because it's an NF2 board?

Yep, it's a feature of the chipset, and so far the only nF2 board I've read about not having a functioning lock was a first generation MSI nF2 board.
