Ok, I've forgot. . .How do I change the color of the text below the icons on your desktop?

I've changed to a background that has alot of yellow, and the white text is almost unreadable. It'd be great to change it to black, but for the life of me I've forgotton how. Yes, I've looked under control panel / display and can't find anything.


I feel dumb - can ya help?
