Ok...I'm really confused about stock Opteron voltages now.

My Lanparty NF4 and now my Eopx 9NPA+ Ultra have both detected my stock voltage on the Opteron 165 as 1.45V. But everyone on here seems to think that it is 1.35V. Is there any way to actually prove what the stock voltage should be?
 
the dfi (non-expert) board reports voltage lower than it really is.

even though you set voltage to 1.35 in bios, it is actually higher than that.

Really, my DFI behaves as if it undervolts the settings i give it.
