OK, I'm going nuts: What the hell is B&M?

Now that we have cleared that up, how about YMMV. I am assuming it must mean "Your Market May Vary" but that is just a guess.

And some other common ones used here at Anandtech...

MIR - Mail-in Rebate
AR - After Rebate
PM - Pricematch (or Private Message, as in "PM me Tony")

Any others you folks want to add?

Now I miss Hawkeye's clarification for the newbies.

OOS = out of stock
YGPM = You got private message
ROFL = rollong on floor laughing

B&M means brick and mortar, not to be confused with W&S, wood and siding.

Usually retailers have completely different advertisements in their B&M stores vs. their W&S stores. So if you see a hot deal posted at a B&M, make sure that you hit a store's location that was built with such specs or else you might miss out on the deal. And don't come back here and say we didn't tell you so. 😛🙂

And let's not forget rotflmaoaptgwmfcisf (rolling on the floor laughing my ass off and pounding the ground with my fist cause it's so funny). Very common especially in the Off Topic boards

There is a store around here that is really called the B & M. I couldn't figure out what B&M had to do with all these other chain stores mentioned in this forum. This was educational for me too.
