I'm typing this from the sleep lab again, (i'm such a whore) just one patient, bipolar, nutz

doesn't want to answer any questions about his mental health.

that's what I do, she should expect to have about 20 wires hooked up ALL OVER her, in her hair too. no smoking or caffine in the lab.
and they'll probably get her up about 5-5:30. PM me or email me if you have any questions. all she should do is go to sleep there, they just want to record what happens when she sleeps.

my normal hours are about 8pm-6am in the lab but his guy didn't come in till 10:30, so I'm not going to get out of here til 7:00 at least.
I'm so close to quitting, when my computer business picks up more I'm outta here, maybe 4 more clients, I'm only working like 1 night a week though, but it's enough to screw you up

she normally stays up until midnight or 1 am and they want her there at 9 pm, so she will be laying there awake for some time

she has been having bad headaches and her doctor wants to see if her sleep patterns are part of the cause, or something like that

make her do it, the test doesn't hurt and it can tell a lot, there are literally hundreds of pages of data collected. tell her to contact the place where she'll have the sleep study. tell the shee doesn't goto sleep till after midnight, and see if the can give a her a mild sleeping pill like Ambien or Sonata.

Ambien took me out in 45 minutes, which is impressive, considering I can lay awake for hours.

ambien is designed to be fast but short, it gets you to sleep, but doesn't keep you asleep
