Original posting deleted. Was too long.

Ordered a case and it was never delivered. Then there was a lot of mis-communition between myself and two CSRs. Ended up getting a refund and ordering the cases from somewhere else.

However, they stepped up and offered me a store credit. I guess I'll just have to order from them at least one more time ;)

Isn't there a place you can order this stuff closer to where you live? I have had issues with Newegg, but they really arent that bad IMO. Everytime I raise hell they give me $credit for the trouble.

You're complaining because something got lost in the mail, and Newegg is sticking to it's policies, AND being nice enough offering to do do what they can (with the $10 credit)?

Seems like they messed up, but you need to follow up with a phone call to see if they received the faxes. I hate faxing. Anybody can pick that up and it can go anywhere.

Sounds like an issue with the shipment getting lost, not Newegg sucking.

Maybe you should swear off of shipping anything?

I'd think the shipping costs for a computer case from the US to Europe would be outrageous. Why wait so long? You can check the status of your order online and call them directly.

why didn't you take the refund and go buy the case locally? By now your parts are probably an extra generation older from waiting for the case!

Pick up the phone and handle your business. It's very hard to give someone the runaround when the communication is real-time.

If I didn't get the case in two weeks, fuck Newegg's policy. I would have done a stop payment on my credit card for all the parts and let Newegg pay for return shipping.

Well for every one complaint like this there's about 100,000 smooth transactions where people don't bother posting "My newegg order went great!"

Well, with the 9 hour time difference, i'd rather stick to email since they usually reply within a day.

My problem is not with the lost package. I have no problems with it. It can happen. It's not Newegg's fault.

My problem is that after they CONFIRMED THE RECEIPT of my claim, they told me they would process it, and that would take 10 days.

So after 10days, when I ask them what is going on with the claim, they says they got my claim WTF?!!!

locally??? in Europe?? eveything costs about double. Gas costs $8 a gallon. An Nvidia 8800gt card costs about 400+ bucks. No thanx.

Well, you do realize that if you took the refund, you would get your shipping charges included. And then on top of that you would get a $10 credit.

Therefore, you could have re ordered your case and gotten it at least $10 cheaper.

You aren't very bright.

Oh and btw, your computer system probably lost 25% of it's value already, good job!
