From your contest page:

There are 3 different ways to enter this contest:

1) You can buy entry points for $1 ea., Spend $5 and get 7 points! Buy as many as you want to increase your chances of winning. Use the button below to buy your point(s).

2) Submit an article. The article must be well written, and be on a subject matter that fits this website. It could be anything about hardware hacking. Some examples of subjects: How to overclock something, how to make something interesting, how to mod something, nice firmware hacks, etc. You can submit your article here. (submit news link) Your article will be reviewed, and if used you will receive 5 entry points. So make sure you include your correct contact information.

3) Participate in the forums. Our moderators are waiting to hand out points! Ask a well thought out question, Answer someone's question, post something interesting, etc.. These points are given by the moderators, not automatically, and by their own judgment. You may make a great post and not receive a point, so post another one... Make sure you are posting often and keep them On-Topic! You will be notified by a PM that you have received a point.

You're NEVER going to get any entries with rules like that. There's a level of participation people are willing to enter into for a slim chance to win $200 USD from a website which might vanish into the night 24 hours from now. "These points are given by the moderators, not automatically, and by their own judgment."...give me a break.

hevnsnt, it appears to me that you are conducting an illegal lottery.

I'd check with a lawyer if I were you to ensure that what you are doing is legal.
