how about a disposable digicam...they still have those, right?
and the sly folks can bust them open, rig a cable up for them and use them until they die.
 
the game you're talking about is not secret santa... it's called white elephant... and that's what we're doing among friends this year. I personally think it's BS how someone can just blatantly take your gift. :|
