I need a mad overclocker board, they're some many I don't know what to choose. I would like an ATI board don't ask me why, any recommendation? I would prefer in Canadian dollar.

Sapphire PI-A9RX480 (or the CrossFire version if you need CF) or DFI LanParty Crossfire fit the bill here. NF4 equivalent would be the DFI LanParty NF4 SLI Expert and the Asus A8N32. The DFI boards crave a good PSU and memory JFYI.

If you REALLY want to go ATI, I'd wait a little bit. NOt sure when but the rd580 boards are going to be released soon.

but if you can't wait, the best board for you is the DFI RDX200 board.

if you want a decent budget board, the Asus A8R-MVP is good too (however you won't have access to high HTT with 1T and limited vcore).

If you want it a lot cheaper, take an EPoX EP-9NPA+ Ultra... They're almost as good as the DFI's, but come without the incompatibilities...

EDIT: However, it's a board with an nV chipset...

How soon will the rd580 be release? in one week?

Everyone including myself has had great experiences with the DFI NF4 Ultra-D. However, it does use an NVIDIA chipset.

I'm not saying it's bad... I know too that it's an overclocker's heaven, but there exist some incompatibility issues...

Msi neo4 platinum sli does not have any compatibility isssue with Opterons, all you have to do is to download latest NF4 drivers from Nvidia.com

For DFI nF4 boards, the first BIOS release did have memory compatibility issues. But since he will have to flash the BIOS to a newer on for dual core, all problems are solved.

I'd also like to know when these boards are expected to be released.

I don?t know what is your intend here. Are you trying to discredit the person saying incompatibility issues and you believe otherwise or are trying to fine out if there is any.
But you are senior member and not a noob and must know what is going on around here.
It is a know fact that DFI has a lot of problems and a crap shoot. Not to mention compatibility issues and Nvedia's unresolved bugs.
All you have to do is go to DFIstreet forum or google it. If you google you will see at least 300 pages of DFI compatibility issues and Nvedia nf4/nf3 bugs.
no need to attempt proving otherwise or discredit a poster.

nF4 definitely. And like I posted before, most mem issues with DFI boards have been fixed. It doesn't work well with the cheapest of the cheap, but why have it if it is a budget build? An ultra high performance board requires at least decent memory.
