Download the program from SilkQuit.org ... it's cheesy, but really kind of neat! I smoked for about 6-7 years, and here are my silkquit stats so far ... I smoked about a pack a day when I quit:

Two months, one week, five days, 8 hours, 41 minutes and 12 seconds. 1427 cigarettes not smoked, saving $256.90. Life saved: 4 days, 22 hours, 55 minutes.

Good luck dude!

a day and a half😀

Its not easy.🙁

Nope it's not after all those years of smoking, it will take time for the body to heal. Remember if you can avoid smoking for a day then you can quit smoking alltogether. You are on the right track 🙂

April Fools!!! Nah, gl on the non-smoking. Just wrap all your smoking memorbia with pics of those blacken lungs, that should stop any stray cravings.

I had a near and dear family member (sister) die from chronical bronchitis, due to smoking....

it is ONE of the deals where you HAVE to quit while you're ahead...

All i can say i congrats man, you can do it, i know you can....

Good job so far and good luck in the future. It's a pain but it's worth it to quit. Personally, I quit for financial reasons...I'm too much of a cheapskate to spend that much for smokes. 🙂

Congrats! and welcome to the club!
It can be done.. its all in the head.

I dont think I have much willpower when it comes to most things,
but this was something once I stuck it in my head that I wouldnt do it again,
I havent..
of course it took me a good 6 months of fake quitting but eventually I did it.
just keep telling yourself that you've decided not to and thats it. Period.

😀🙂😀:sun:😀😛😀🙂:clock:

Good luck.

I attempted quitting about 6 months ago. It lasted for about 2 months, but I have had way to much time on my hands lately so here I am again.

$4 a day habit. I hate that!!! I buy a pack a day like it may be my last, but it never is.

Maybe tomorrow ; )

good luck! you can do it, just knuckle down. once you've done it, you'll be free. and you'll have a lot more spending money. 🙂
