Ok I just got Road runner and dont know how to network HELP!

OK, right away let me say sorry if this is a really newbie stupid question, but I am new to networking. I just got Road Runner cable installed, and I want to set up my roomates computers for cable too. I told the cable company that we would most likey have 3 computers online at once and they charged me an extra 10 bucks. Anyway, I have ethernet cables, networking cards and a hub, but I have no idea how to network the damn computers or get anyone else online other than me. Btw everybody is using Win98 (if that matters). If someone could direct me to a site or walk me through it that would be awesome, thanks guys.😱
