Help would really be appreciated.

I have a Windows 2000 Server in an active directory domain. I have Windows ME clients. they connect using Wireless Nics. I got the new Linksys PCI Cards with the antenna on back. they are better than the old Linksys PC Card Wireless. anyway. It logs into the server and it pings both the server and the linksys WAP / Cable Router. But whenever i try to go on the Internet it gets the top half of the screen and then just dies.

Does anyone have any ideas. I just formated the hd and reinstalled Win ME cause i got so tired of trying to mess w/ the Registry and all. I for the life of me can't figure out what's going on here. I have a win 2k laptop wireless that connects just fine. Is this a win me issue?

I was having the same problem too, here is what I did, first I made sure I had the latest via usb filter driver (for via chipsets prior to kt266a) then you make sure you have the updated firmware for all nics, and the accesspoint, it is important that they have the same firmware (the latest for each regardless of a difference in release dates) make sure you follow all of the instructions to the letter.
*Note You will need a wired nic to flash the wireless router.
