About 15 years ago, we caught one of the neighbor kids duct-taping their cat to the street in front of their house...on garbage day...

Of course, even when I dragged the mom out to the curb and showed her, she denied that her children would do such a thing. :roll:


Last I heard, the oldest son (who was behind this) had been sent to prison for drug sales...

maybe they went underneath the edge and just used a sharp blade and removed it. i think she wouldn't have too much hair if they yanked it off. duct tape don't play.
