250 min anytime just won't do it. I am tempting to add another 100 min to my current plan. But what do you guys complain about to get ATT give you free minutes? I was planning to complain about their service...the connection around my area is not so great. My friend's cingular always have full signal while mine only have 2 or 3 level of signal. Damn..this sucks! How likely will they add free minutes to my plan? Or what else did you guys complain?

Threaten to drop their service for another. That is, unless you signed a contract. You didn't sign a contract, did you? If you did you're stuck.

I use all the minutes I want and it doesn't cost me a thing. My employer pays for it and they are unbelieveably ignorant.

the 1 year contract....does it matter so much? I don't know...I thought most of you people have a contract.
